Mission Statement: The mission of the WCUSC Community Development Program is to offer the youth of West Chester and surrounding communities supplementary programs and events that develop participants athletic, academic, and life skills; in a fun, safe, encouraging environment.
Objectives: The Community Development Program will provide a dynamic and active learning environment that will focus on improving particpant’s literacy, cultural, geographic, athletic, problem solving, and life skills.
